1. We release our vacancies through any of the following process:

 

• Newspaper Advertisements.
• Website
• Job Portals

We at people source management place candidates across all levels ranging from front end positions to senior management positions across various individuals ranging from banking & Finance,IT, HR, real estate , sales to senior management positions.

 

The United Arab Emirates is currently growing at a rapid pace wherein it is has become a global melting pot of all nationalities & races. With a strong demand for the right calibre across industries , the candidates have to be equally prepared from their side prior to attending any interviews be it one to one/group.

 

2. Application Form:

 

Candidates can apply for the vacancies listed online by either emailing their CV’s to the Consultants ( as advertised) or fill the application online. 3. Update - Past Data:

 

Candidates can update their past details by using the “Username” & “password”. The data of past candidates is recorded in our database for 3 months only. Should you decide to re-register , the above process needs to be followed once again.

 

4. Information about your application:

 

Within six weeks from the date of application the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a personal interview. Regrettably if you do not hear from us within six weeks of applying you have not been shortlisted for this position but your CV is retained in our database. Should any other suitable position matching your profile be advertised you are welcome to apply.

 

5. Shortlisted Candidates:

 

For the shortlisted candidates a People Source recruitment consultant will contact you taking into account your skills vs the job requirements and cultural suitability of each candidate .Should the candidates match the competencies and profile as expected by the client ,a personal meeting between the two will be arranged.
