Candidates are expected to:

 

  1. Find out as much information about the position , roles ,organization and the official published data prior to attending any interview.
  2. Carry an extra copy of your CV/Certificates/Reference letters to the interviewer.
  3. Be formally dressed taking into account the local cultural norms , dress code patterns and hygiene factors.
  4. Understand the role, organization structure, location, timings and dept’s prior to confirming any interview with the recruitment consultant.
  5. Reach the location on time taking into account the distance, parking and traffic issues .Ensure that you carry all telephone numbers /location maps prior to leaving your house. A harassed interviewee will mess up his /her chances in the first few minutes of the interview.
