Once a candidate
is shortlisted by the client , a recruitment consultant
will call you to discuss further details about the salary
,benefits , joining date , reporting structure , department
and other details.
Candidates are expected to be honest direct and clear
on the employment contract issues so that there is
no ambiguity between the candidate and the client
.Any regrets have to be informed within the agreed
time frames.
