  1. How confidential is my data?  
  We take data security very seriously. Only People Source Management consultants will be able to view your profile/resume information. Hiring companies will only be presented with candidate information after the People Source Management consultant has met with you and informed you of the opportunity. We realize the sensitivity of the situation which is why we have taken steps to ensure a completely confidential process. For more detailed information, read our Privacy Policy
 
     
  2. What happens after I have registered?  
 
Once registered, you are entered into our database. Our advanced matching technology helps us determine whether you are suitable for any specific opportunities that we are handling on behalf of our clients. We will contact you only when a search professional qualifies you as a potential match for a current opportunity.
 
     
  3. Is registration free?  
 
Yes, registering on the People Source Management web site is absolutely free.
 
     
  4. How can I update my membership profile?  
 

Once you have completed registration you may update or edit your profile as often as you like by logging in and clicking on the Edit Profile link in the upper right corner of the site. You will be able to update your personal contact details, add new positions, qualifications and other relevant information.

We match opportunities according to the industry and function criteria designated in your profile. Therefore it is important that you provide us with the most accurate information possible.

 
     
  4. What if I forget my username and password?  
 

Simply click on the Forgot your password link located directly below the username/password fields on the Log In page. Next, enter your registered email address and we will email your user name and password.

  4. How will I hear about new job opportunities?  
 
In various ways: we will match your experience and aspirations to new opportunities and contact you by email when we think you might be interested.

  5. How can I contact People Source Management for help?

  6. How do I submit a resume?  
  While we accept all resumes, you will better position yourself by submitting a resume in response to a specific job posting. All you need to do is apply online through our website and indicate the position you are interested in. Please don’t apply for multiple positions since it will disqualify your application.  
     
  7. What happens after I submit my resume?  
  Once you have submitted your resume, it is retained for 6 months in our data bases that's accessed by all of our consultants we will match the best position that fits your criteria and will search the database for appropriate jobs and contact you.  
     
  8. Can I fax my resume?  
  We prefer resumes to be submitted only electronically.  
     
  9. What will happen to my resume?  
  It will be entered into our electronic resume database.

Our electronic resume management system allows us to identify talent by searching for your resume as a possible match for job openings. Human Resources recruiters continually search for resumes that most closely match our current job opportunities. So whether you are interested in a specific position, or you simply want to be considered for any positions that match your background, we will review your resume and reply.

 
     
  10. Can I send a resume or CV even if I don't see any openings that interest me right now?  
  Unfortunately, due to the high volume of interest we receive in response to open positions, we are unable to accept resumes or CVs for positions not currently posted.  
     
  11. Do you offer summer employment opportunities or internships?  
  Summer positions and internships are rare. Should a hiring area have this type of opening, they typically add the position to our job page.  
     
  12. Does PSM provide sponsorship and Visas?  
  No, only an employer in the UAE can offer this to you since you are on their headcount.  
     
  13. What should I do if I still have questions?
